Do you use parabens or sulfates?

No! We never use parabens, sulfates, phthalates, synthetic fragrances, artificial colors, or harsh chemicals in any of our products.

What preservatives do you use?

We use minimal, natural preservatives like Germall (a nature-derived preservative approved for natural cosmetics) only in water-based products to ensure safety and prevent microbial growth. Oil-based products naturally have longer shelf lives and often require no preservatives. We use vitamin E as a natural antioxidant.

Do your products contain allergens?

Our products may contain common allergens such as tree nuts (coconut, almond, macadamia), bee products (honey, beeswax), dairy (milk, whey), and various essential oils. Always review the complete ingredient list on each product page. If you have known allergies, please reach out for guidance.

Yes! We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Delivery costs AED 20, and it’s free on orders above AED 500. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, and once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

How should I store my products?

Keep products in their original containers with lids tightly closed. Store away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Our amber glass bottles for oils help protect from light degradation. Avoid introducing water into oil-based products to prevent contamination.

Do your products have expiration dates?

Yes, each product is labeled with a manufacture date and best-before period. Natural products have a shorter shelf life than conventional cosmetics, which is why we make small batches to ensure freshness.

How often should I use the shampoo bars?

Our shampoo bars can be used 2-3 times per week or as needed. They're concentrated formulas that cleanse gently without stripping natural oils. Amla Reetha Shampoo Bar maintains pH balance, while ACV Shampoo Bar controls dandruff and adds volume.

Can I use hair oils overnight?

Yes! For best results, apply Magic Oil or Scalp Vitalizer to your scalp and hair, massage gently, and leave overnight before washing. A warm oil massage also provides relief from headaches and promotes relaxation.

How do I use body polishes/scrubs?

On damp skin (ideally in the shower), take a small amount and gently massage in circular motions, focusing on rough areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Rinse thoroughly. Use 1-2 times per week for smooth, glowing skin. Our oil-based scrubs moisturize as they exfoliate.
